555rl Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You may only register and use a 555rl account if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 Deposits

555rl accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. There are no currency conversion fees. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 555rl wallet instantly upon confirmed payment. 555rl does not accept deposits from third-party sources — the name on the payment account must match the name registered on your 555rl account.

• All funds deposited must be your own money. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• 555rl reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit.
• Deposits made via fraudulent, contested, or reversed payment transactions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically within 1-4 hours during normal operating hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). 555rl does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider's standard transaction charges may apply.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests delayed until verification is complete.
• 555rl reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

5.1 Game Rules and RNG

All casino games available on 555rl, including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and fish shooting titles, are supplied by certified third-party game studios (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and Spribe). These games operate using independently verified random number generators (RNG), ensuring that all game outcomes are determined fairly and without manipulation. 555rl does not alter game parameters beyond those published by the original studio.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555rl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, bonus claims, or betting markets.
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform's software to obtain funds, bonuses, or an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from technical errors are void and will be removed from the account.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using the platform to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on 555rl, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and tennis, are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type in the 555rl sportsbook. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of 555rl's sportsbook team shall be final. Bets placed on events whose outcomes have already been determined ("past posting") are void. In-play bets are accepted only within the timeframes specified by the platform for each event.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

555rl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, multiple account operation, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by 555rl.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• At the request of the account holder under the platform's responsible gaming self-exclusion process.

7.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC review, provided no grounds exist to withhold funds under these Terms (e.g., suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of Terms). Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. 555rl will process eligible balance returns within a reasonable timeframe in BST.

555rl reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 555rl will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. In cases of significant changes, 555rl may also provide notice to players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically and to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the 555rl platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 555rl support at [email protected].
